who took my order over the phone on
My friend who lived
Aloha always slipped rather sudden and as he was passing away at 11 AM
the beautiful lei was around his neck and I know he could smell the
flowers and dream he was in Maui again . The card I asked to be sent
along said Aloha today, tomorrow and always.
The pastor and his family could not believe the timing of the arrival as Steve was expected to live a few more weeks , it really was a gift of Aloha ... Mahalo for the
beautiful flowers in time as the last smell he had leaving Earth ..

Although the stupid FedEx man neglected to ring my doorbell, the lei arrived in perfect condition. Kaipo, The leis for our party arrived on Friday in great condition. I followed your instructions and kept them chilled but not wet, and they were perfect. The guests were thrilled! I’m glad that I ordered a few extra because the band members were dying to wear one. The crowns look beautiful, however, my crown started to fall apart halfway through the evening (the purple one). I’m surprised at how long tropical flowers last because I thought they were temperamental. If I have to order leis for another event I will reorder from your business. Thanks, Maureen Thompson

concern On Thursday June 17 I called your company and talked to a representative (a man, I apologize for my forgetfulness regarding his name) in regards to ordering a Plumeria lei for my mother in law whom just passed away. I had noticed by browsing the internet Plumeria is not commonly shipped to the east coast (I live in Maine) due to the fragility of these flowers. In talking to this gentleman I found you would ship them out to me and he suggested I possibly do a Plumeria orchid mix to help cover any imperfections. She would not be laid to rest until the following Monday so he walked me thought the proper card to help keep the delicate flowers best I could. The flowers were beautiful when she wore them. I ordered a single Plumeria, a Sonia orchid & Plumeria, a white Dendrobium as well as the loose Plumeria. They smelled so wonderful and where each very beautiful. I could not have been more pleased with the product but the service was exceptional. This gentleman was so kind and thoughtful he made the entire experience as pleasant as it could be. Well, the leis arrived on time. The party was a big success. About five of the leis traveled to Delaware via my sister by plane when she returned home after the celebration. Everyone said it was the "best every" retirement party they had ever attended. A photographer took about 128 digital pictures and I'll see if I can have him send you some for your web-page. For my retirement gift from Hearst Castle, I received a brass "Lion Rampant" which is an old English rendition of a Lion sitting up, holding a shield in it's paws. And, of course, the other outstanding gift was the beautiful "feather" lei that you sent to me. Thank you so much -- everyone enjoyed it as much as I did. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Too bad I only get to retire once and do the leis just once in a lifetime. However, it was such a success that someone may ask me how I did it ---- and you can be sure I will be glad to put them in touch with you. You did an outstanding job! LOVED their leis. The luncheon on Saturday, December 6 was a smash hit
and all the people who walked into the room were just thrilled to
receive one of your beautiful orchid leis. At our New York delegation
dinner that evening it was very much the same-- a special treat to
receive an orchid lei.
Thank
you so much for your efficient and caring service -- everything was
delivered on time or early and the leis were in perfect condition. In
fact, I saved mine and brought it home to give to my 86 year old mother
-- it still looked beautiful a week later! She was thrilled to receive
such an abundance of orchids -- which for us here on the East Coast are
